Life in Prison Controls

The Roblox description is the source of truth for binds. This page reprints them, then explains when each key matters so you are not learning punch versus C4 in a firefight. After this, inmates go to how to escape and getting started. Guards go to how to play as a guard. UFO pilots go to how to get the UFO.

Cam-lock is how you track a runner in the yard. Crawl is how you enter Hammer toilets and vents. Drop is how you share a keycard or hide a gun before a cop frisks with their eyes. F is overloaded: fists until you have C4 from a pass or stash. Do not detonate in a friendly cluster.

Sniper-pass guns need zoom first, then hold right mouse (or Z). That is also written on the Sniper pass itself. Mobile uses the aim button instead.

Mobile

Drag items from the inventory to drop. Customize the touch layout in settings. There is still no codes field in that settings pane — see how to redeem. Map crawl and drop to easy thumbs if you plan a Scissors fence or a toilet tunnel. UFO height on a phone is clumsy; practice in an empty outside field after escaping.

Y and B are overloaded just like F on PC. If you are flying, you are not punching. If you are punching, you are not climbing. Say it out loud once.

Chat commands that are not binds

/e pray feeds the White Tree. /e dance2 is a possible clip escape. /stats is a community progress line. /cmd and /cmds are private-server owner tools, not public cheats. Injectors on the scripts hub are unrelated and bannable.

Vehicles and the map

Motorcycles wheelie for speed bumps and flex. Police cars open gates and announce you. The UFO is height, not a silent stealth kit — people hear and see it. After you can drive, the hidden weapons tour is faster. Compare paid cars on Premium in the loadout tool.

Print this table or pin the tab. Most deaths in this sandbox are “I pressed F meaning punch and the C4 went off” or “I could not drop the Hammer before the cop turned.” The binds are short. The mistakes are not.

Field notes for clumsy thumbs

F is punch until it is C4. Players from other Roblox prisons tap interact and detonate a raid. Practice in an empty hall: fists on a wall, then never tap F near planted explosives. E and Q are UFO only. On Xbox, Y and B steal those jobs. Jump into a saucer and keep punching and you will not climb. Drop is Backspace on PC and a drag on mobile. Guards who die on stairs with a keycard still in the hotbar donated a riot. Put drop next to crawl on a thumb layout. Cam-lock tracks a crawler heading for a toilet. T on a police car opens a gate and announces you. Use it when you want the gate, not when you are sneaking a Hammer. Scope is zoom then hold. Screenshot the table. Most I-cannot-escape complaints are crawl or drop failures. Getting started assumes you already know C exists. This page is the missing tutorial island for escape and guard play, and it belongs next to the planner when you queue.
