Guard Role in Life in Prison

Blue shirt, taser, and a doorway you should not AFK.

Guards

Guards spawn with police identity and a building to lose. The official copy asks you to prevent misbehavior and defend against criminals. Public servers ask you to loot the armory and not farm jumpsuits. Tactics: how to play as a guard. Rank: teams — A if disciplined, C if you are the AFK door on the escape list.

Kit

Taser, cuffs, a sidearm depending on build, cam-lock, T on a police car for siren/gate — controls. Swat armor and rifles are looted, not worn at spawn. Sniper needs zoom then hold aim. Premium extra warnings help if you clip an innocent; they do not erase a demotion streak. Compare in the loadout tool.

Death drops are the riot economy. Inmates want your keycard. Criminals want the same card for a White Tree Taser. Die in a closet, not in the nexus.

Innocent rule

Repeated unarmed kills can dump you onto inmate for the rest of the server. Treat equipped tools and guns as fair game. Treat cafeteria scenery as not. When unsure, taser. You are not a deathmatch skin.

Job list

Camp toilets (Hammer). Walk fences (Scissors). Check vents (Screwdriver). Do not gift an open gate to a dance2 clipper. UFO height is allowed if you took a saucer — do not abandon racks for a joyride unless the armory is already lost. Hidden weapons stashes are criminal spawns; contest them on raids.

Do not script “because cop.” Do not type codes. After patches, changelog. New blues: getting started then the guard guide. The prison needs you. It does not need another doorway statue.

How to lose a server in four AFK minutes

Stand at one door. Check your phone. That door is now an escape method. Walk. Call tools. When you die, your corpse is a shop. Die behind a desk, not on the nexus carpet. If Premium warnings pop, you already clipped an innocent — stop shooting the cafeteria. If you get dumped to inmate, do not rage-quit. You now know the armory from the inside. Leave or ghost. Scripts as a cop are how Discord learns your name. Codes will not restock tasers. The siren is a tool, not a personality. Use it, then move. Four stops, no statues.

Extra field notes for this page

Read this after the main sections, not instead of them. Public servers punish hesitation more than they punish a wrong tool. If the lobby is loud, pick the quietest legal option on this page and commit for two minutes before you reroll. If the lobby is empty, you can afford a second method. Do not open a codes tab, an injector installer, or a fake Trello while you are still deciding. Those tabs steal the session you were about to play. After you commit, stay on the matching guide. Come back only when a patch moves a spawn. Unique close-out for players/guards: walk the advice above against the live place 72659788689464 before you trust a clip.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for inmates, guards, and criminals.

Do I spawn with AR-15?

Only if you loot Swat guns after owning the pass. Gamepasses.

Why did I become an inmate?

Likely innocent kills. Read the guard guide.

Should I stand at the main gate?

Rotate. AFK gates are an escape method.

Does this page still apply after a quiet week with no Roblox timestamp on players/guards.json?

Yes. Quiet weeks do not invent codes, do not move the UFO pad by rumor, and do not make injectors safer. Recheck the official description, then play.

Should I pair players/guards.json with a script anyway?

No. Use the matching legal guide: escape, guard play, stashes, or the planner. Scripts are a separate ban path.

What is the one action players/guards.json wants from me in the next two minutes?

Close rumor tabs, join place 72659788689464, and do the first legal step named in the sections above. Walking beats searching.
